Delivery charges for PANELS are shown for UK mainland only, any other destinations will need to be quoted separately.  We will then manage your order/enquiry from our office.

Delivery charges for BADGES are shown for ALL destinations, you will need to select your destination and shipping option during the order process.

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

All of our goods are UK manufactured, unless otherwise stated. Most items are kept in stock but some may need to be produced specially.  You will be notified if there is to be a delay.

Should any item arrive DAMAGED, you should inform the delivery driver that you are not prepared to accept it.  However, if you decide to receive the delivery you must sign for it as damaged. You must then photograph the damaged item prior to unpacking it.  Once the item is unpacked take more photographs of the damage.  Fortunately we experience very little damage but any insurers will insist on the above to enable a claim to be processed.

Most of the images on this site are of the actual goods.  In some cases we may have used a substitute image until we have a satisfactory replacement. 

All PANELS must be test fitted prior to application of surface finish.

Any reference to EOM, part numbers, makers name, product description etc are intended for reference only and are not intended to indicate that any of these parts are manufactured by the OEM.  If, however, a part is an OEM part we will say so in the description. 

All prices are in Pounds Sterling (VAT will be added at the prevailing rate). We reserve the right to change any advertised price before you place an order.

Payment can be made by any major credit card except American Express. We also accept Paypal. Payment will be debited from your account within approximately 3 days of you placing your order.  Please remember there may be some delay if your item is not in stock. We will take all reasonable care, in as far as it is within our powers to keep your order secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we can not be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.

We request your name and address for payment and delivery purposes and to enable us to provide you with an efficient after sales service but we WILL NOT pass your name and address to ANY third parties other than our secure server for payment purposes and to our couriers for delivery of the goods.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of the dispatch date (at your cost), providing it is not damaged in any way.

If the goods delivered are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, Tractor Panels & Badges Ltd shall have no liability to you unless you notify it in writing of the problem within 10 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.  

 RISK

If payment for your goods has been taken prior to their despatch, then you will become the owner of the goods that you have ordered when they have been delivered to you.  They will be held at your own risk and Tractor Panels & Badges Ltd will not be liable for their loss or destruction.  However, if your goods have been sent to you with a Payment by return or On Account invoice, then the goods remain the property of Tractor Panels & Badges Ltd until they have been paid for in full.

SEVERENCE......If any part of these conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which Tractor Panels & Badges Ltd excludes its liability to you) the enforceability of any other parts of these conditions will not be effected.
